Turn-Key UVM Operations

For utilities that may not have the time or resources to fully develop, manage and execute a UVM program, CN Utility Consulting is proud to offer turn-key operations for both transmission and distribution systems. We will:

• Analyze your UVM program, paying special attention to how it is performing in relation to regional, state and, if applicable, federal or provincial regulations.
• Compare and contrast your program's efficacy and design to similar programs in North America.
• Prepare and deliver a detailed plan for building and supporting a long term, utility specific approach to transmission and/or distribution UVM.
• Provide active support and guidance during any NERC, RE or Commission audits of UVM activities.
• Routinely inspect lines and vegetation, identifying any corrective actions necessary to achieve compliance with utility and legal/regulatory expectations.
• If necessary, develop a TVMP for FAC-003 and NERC/FERC compliance.
• Provide or obtain all required UVM services, including all routine line inspections, emergency response, line clearance crews, LIDAR applications, herbicide applications, ROW clearing, management software and equipment, marketing and more.
• Support and improve upon customer service by providing ongoing outreach and support for required UVM related activities.
• Conduct ongoing status updates with you and your team.
